POLICE DAY CELEBRATION - 218TH PAHANG CONTINGENT

On Saturday, 26 April, 2025, in conjunction with the 218th  Police Day celebration, there will be Rosary at 10.00 am, followed by thanksgiving Mass for Christian members of the Pahang Police Contingent. Come together in unity and faith to offer prayers and thanksgiving to God. This solemn event is a moment of gratitude, and spiritual refreshment, honouring the commitment and sacrifice of police officers who serve with integrity, courage, and  compassion. There will be fellowship after the Mass at Church Hall.

PILGRIMAGE HOLY REDEEMER CHURCH, KLANG

A group of parishioners from the Church of Holy Redeemer (HRC) in Klang will be visiting our Parish for a special pilgrimage from April 22 to 24, 2025. On 23 April, they will visit Kampung Asli in Kuala Rompin, where they will celebrate Mass with the Asli community. Then, on 24 April, they will join us for our Morning Mass at 6.45 am, and we will have breakfast together before they depart back to Klang. Let’s come together to warmly welcome this group and make them feel at home!

PRAYING DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET

On Sunday, 27 April 2025 the Church will observe Divine Mercy Sunday, which falls on the second Sunday of Easter. Instead of reciting the Rosary, we will pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 8.00 am, followed by Mass. We invite all parishioners to join us in this prayer.

RECYCLE PROJECT

Recycling is essential for environmental protection, and we encourage all parishioners to participate in this initiative. A new recycling bin has been placed in the Parlour area for your convenience, where you can dispose of newspapers, magazines, boxes, plastic bottles, cans, metal items, etc. We urge everyone to follow the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, as responsible stewards of our environment. Be responsible and follow the bin’s labels when recycling. All proceeds from the recycling initiative will go towards supporting the Parish Integral Human Development Ministry (PIHDM). Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to caring for our common home.

SPECIAL COLLECTION

A second collection will be taken at all weekend Masses (26 and 27 April 2025) throughout Malaysia. Contributions will directly support ongoing relief work and long-term rebuilding efforts in Myanmar. Please contribute generously.

EASTER BLESSINGS

As we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord, we enter the joyful season of Easter. This season lasts for fifty days and reminds us of Christ's victory over sin and death. His light drives away all darkness. During this time, let’s strengthen our faith, share the Good News, and show God’s great love through our actions.
